Fitness

The Fitness offer at Royal Holloway consists of a 60-station gym along with an extensive group exercise class programme. The gym includes a large free weights area, cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and a multi-use studio. We also have a number of additional services available such as personal training and group coaching sessions. 

The group exercise class programme offers over 30 classes per week during term time with a reduced schedule during the vacations.

Free 15 min 1-2-1 

Weights and plate balance

You can book a free 15 minute slot online with one of our Fitness Team to discuss your training needs. Our timetable for these sessions for term 1 will be coming out soon

Personal programme & personal training 

NazDeadlift

You can get a personalised plan or work one-on-one with one of the Fitness Team. If interested please fill in your details in the enquiry form
