January 1st 2017 marked the start of Professor Kenny Paterson's tenure as Editor in Chief of the IACR's Journal of Cryptology. The Journal of Cryptography, published by Springer Verlag, is the premier publication in the field and is the official journal of the International Association for Cryptologic Research. It has been published regularly four times per year since 1988 and its Editorial Board is truly international representing the worldwide reach of the IACR that boasts an international membership in excess of 1000 across all major continents.
