Orcid ID

If you have an Open Research and Contributor (ORCID) ID, you can add it to your personal profile in Pure. ORCID is an open, non-profit, community-driven effort to create and maintain a registry of unique researcher identifiers and a transparent method of linking research activities and outputs to these identifiers. Many funders and publishers are requiring researchers to have an ORCID ID.

Please visit the ORCID website to find out more information about the initiative or to register for an ORCID ID.

To add an existing ORCID ID to your Pure record, please log on to Pure and click on the button Edit profile in the middle of the page under your name and department.Profile snip

A new window will open. In the Personal Identification section, click on the button Add existing ORCID ID.
