Anyone who has an end-date assigned to their role in Pure will appear on the website as a 'former employee' if that end date is in the past. This occasionally happens in error, as if someone's details disappear from the data feeds from HR and Banner, Pure assumes this is because they have left Royal Holloway and assigns an end date itself. If the person is subsequently restored to the feed, this does not automatically override the end date Pure has assigned.
