External Authors - Why do some RHUL people appear as 'external author'?

Question:
External Authors - Why do some RHUL people appear as 'external author'?
Answer:

Pure retains records of anyone who has been a research student since 2008, or a member of research staff since 2010. Anyone without a record in the system will be treated by Pure as an 'external person', even if they used to be a local student or staff member.

If Pure is failing to recognise a current member of staff and labelling them as external, please contact purerhul.ac.uk.
