Error message - Why do I get an error message when working with Pure?
Answer:

Error messages may appear in Pure if you try to do something for which you have insufficient access privileges, or occasionally because there is a technical error in the system.

Please contact pure@rhul.ac.uk if an error message appears when working with Pure.
