Incubation services and facilities
The Royal Holloway Enterprise Centre can provide office space and access to business support for local, knowledge-based business start-ups. Terms are designed for start-ups, with no obligation to commit to long or fixed term leases; after the initial 60 day period, tenants may terminate their leases with only 30 days notice. Rental rates are cost-effective compared to office accommodation available in the commercial sector.

2iC
2iC software provides flexible battlefield interoperability which complements existing battlefield systems, enabling integration and coordination between independent systems that were not originally designed to work together. The software is also relevant in civilian sectors such as renewable energy, smart grids, telehealth and emergency first-responders.
The company has been able to benefit from its location close to university resources. 2iC worked with RHUL scientists on a Proof of Concept project funded by the UK Ministry of Defence. RHUL’s MBA students also reviewed potential new markets for 2iC software and presented their results to the company.
