Project title: "A Revolution in Military Learning: Uncovering the Potential of Lessons-Learned Processes"

In January 2021, Dr Tom Dyson was awarded an ESRC grant of £462,775. He will examine the development of lessons-learned processes in NATO member-states. Findings derived from this research project will be integrated into the NATO Lessons-Learned Handbook and NATO procedures, policy, directives, and training.
