  • Date03 August 2018

We are delighted that our graduating students have reported high satisfaction with their Music degree from Royal Holloway.

In the National Student Survey results published last week, 100% of the final year Music students who completed the survey said that staff are good at explaining things, 97% said that they have been able to contact staff when they needed to, 95% of respondents said that the course had provided them with opportunities to explore ideas or concepts in depth, and 92% said that the course is intellectually stimulating. Our Music degrees received an overall satisfaction score of 91% from final year students who completed the survey.

We are delighted at this excellent overall rating in the NSS. High student satisfaction reflects both the quality of teaching that our students receive, and also the wider academic and pastoral support that is provided in the Department.
