  • Date25 July 2018

Royal Holloway, University of London are participating in The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport’s (DCMS) postgraduate bursaries initiative to help adults retrain for a career in cyber security by taking a National Cyber Security Centre certified masters degree. This initiative is supported by the National Cyber Security Programme – the Government’s £1.9 billion investment to significantly transform the UK’s cyber security.

The bursary funding will cover two students starting in academic year 18/19 and cover tuition fees only. There is a strong focus on encouraging more women into the sector to address the current under-representation in the cybersecurity workforce.

Eligible applicants will be selected by Royal Holloway and must meet essential criteria. Full information can be found here (for Campus) and here (for Distance Learning). The deadline for applications is the 1stof September.
