Undergraduate Timetable

Course Options

Personal Tutor Lists / Year 3 Dissertation Supervisors

  • In the first year, you will only have a personal tutor in PIR or Philosophy if the School of PIR and Philosophy is your home department. If you are studying a joint honours or minor degree where PIR or Philosophy is listed as the second department, your personal tutor will be found in your home department for the main subject. (For example: BA/BSc Geography, Politics and International Relations - your personal tutor would be in the Department of Geography.
  • In the second year, all students except minors in PIR and/or Philosophy have a personal tutor.
  • In the final year, all students taking PR3000 or PE3000 have their dissertation supervisor as their personal tutor.
  • A guide to the new personal tutor system for year one students has been produced which you can find here.

  • Candidate Number - used on all pieces of assessment, including exams. This is NOT the same as your student ID number.
  • Essay Cover Sheet
  • Apply for an extension here via the "My Studies" tab.
    • This link works best in Internet Explorer.
  • Late Submission Form
  • Turnitin guide - including accepted file types, digital receipts and re-submission.
  • Y: drive - access your files on both a College PC and your own PC/Mac.
