Royal Holloway has one of the leading geography departments in the world, remarkable for its combination of research excellence in real-world issues, and inspiring teaching led by staff who are experts in their field.

Our courses are designed to tackle new and era-defining issues, such as mitigating the impact of natural disasters, environmental sustainability, examining modern security trends, understanding the costs of development, and exploring the relationships between our physical world, human identity and mobility.
