There are lots of options for you, both on and off campus so you can find a place that’s ideal for every stage of your studies. You can take a look at some of our on campus accommodation options below.
All new undergraduate students who firmly accept their offer to study at Royal Holloway and apply for accommodation before our deadlines are guaranteed a place in halls.
Commuting
Royal Holloway is ideally placed for travelling to and from if you live in the south east of England and we provide plenty of support and opportunities to help make commuting to university an alternative to living in student accommodation. We've established a number of 'Commuter hubs' for you to study, socialise and eat when you visit campus, and our library is open 24/7. If you decide you would like to occasionally stay overnight, rooms are available on campus at The Hub. You can hear from one of our commuting students, Naveen, in the video above.
Catered halls
Enjoy freshly-prepared meals from your dining hall. Each catered hall also has a fridge and microwave for snacks and drinks.
Self-catered halls
Prefer to cook for yourself? Explore our range of self-catered accommodation options. Don't worry, you'll still be able to have a meal in one of our dining halls if you fancy a day off.
