Andriani Piki, a PhD Management student at RHUL and researcher at the iCOM Centre for Research in Information Computing and Communication, won the STELLAR Best PhD Presentation Award – and a €1,000 prize to attend the ED-MEDIA 2010 Conference in Toronto – while participating in the 2010 Joint Technology-Enhanced Learning (JTEL) Summer School. Andriani said:

“I was very excited to win the STELLAR Best Presentation Award and I am deeply thankful to my supervisors Professor Duska Rosenberg and Dr Edward Bernroider as well as Dr José-Rodrigo Córdoba-Pachon for their support and invaluable feedback on my PhD progress. Their encouragement and advice has given me the confidence to develop as a researcher in this interdisciplinary field.”
