We are delighted that this year’s National Student Survey (published by Unistats) saw a further significant improvement in the scores achieved by the School of Management. The current Overall satisfaction rating of 84% has increased by 6% since 2010, with improvements in the following areas:

 Academic support - 80% (+12%)

 Learning resources - 83% (+11%)

 Organisation & management - 84% (+6%)

The School of Management aims to continually improve the student experience by responding to students’ needs and concerns raised through; various focus groups, internal student surveys and our Student Staff Committee

Plans are currently being produced for 2012-13, in addition to which, the School is focussing strongly on employability, with particular regard to placements and internships to provide students with valuable work experience.
