Royal Holloway School of Management joins SAP University Alliance

We are very pleased to announce that the School of Management has joined the University Alliance of the leading enterprise systems vendor SAP. Royal Holloway will be the first and so far only college of the University of London to incorporate SAP software in their Management programmes.

SAP is the global market leader in enterprise systems, with approximatley 25% global market share. the software is in use in most large corporations in the UK as well as globally. SAP is also at the heart of an ecosystem of companies including business analysts, management consultants, software developers and IT consultants.

Professor of Accounting & Information Systems Hans van der Heijden is the lead contact for the SAP University Alliance at Royal Holloway and commented: "It is sometimes thought that SAP Careers are just for those will skills in software engineering and information technology. Yet the most lucrative and rewarding careers are on the business side of the enterprise systems. At the School of Management we aim to combine deep insight of the business processes with study of leading enterprise systems. Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP will greatly enhance the future employability of our students."

SAP Enterprise Systems software will become available to students studying MSc Business Information Systems from 2013/14 onwards.
