Research reveals business schools have significant impact on economy

A study carried out for the Association of Business Schools (ABS) has revealed the significant impact university business schools have on their regional economies. Four diverse business schools were studied, and in addition to billions in direct income generated for the UK economy, they were found to be at the forefront of promoting entrepreneurship and were focal points of university and industry engagement. The study was carried out by the Nottingham Economics Centre at Nottingham Business School.
