Back in February, we reported that four alumni had collaborated with the School to produce a video aimed at prospective students thinking about studying Management. We are very pleased to announce that the video is now finished, and is being played to students at Open and UCAS days.
The aim of the project was to develop a narrative about the School's alumni, in terms of the opportunities that have resulted from studying Management. The four alumni who participated studied a variety of Management programmes, including Management and Music, Management with International Business, and pure Management, all at undergraduate level. The career paths and current job roles also illustrated the range of careers options that a degree in Management enables you to pursue.
The four alumni featuring in the first 'Why Study Management' video were:
David Burke (Management and Music, 1996): Finance Director and General Manager at the London Philharmonic Orchestra
Myooressh Maheswaran (Management, 2001): Commodities IT Support at Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Holly Simpson (Management with International Business, 2009): Assistant Brand Manager | Aussie and Pantene at Procter and Gamble
Sophia Maxwell-Yates (Management, 2011): Law Student at BPP | Training Contract at Latham & Watkins
