Photocopying and printing

All photocopying and printing is self-service and black and white copier-printers are located in both Bedford and Founder's Libraries. There are also two colour copier-printers located in the Bedford Library. All photocopying and printing is charged through your College Print Account. Before you can copy or print you need credits on your account. This can be done via the online top-up module or by using the self-service top-up machines; one located at the Computer Centre and the other in Bedford Library. Costs are charged directly to your Print Account. After each copy or print, the remaining credits are displayed automatically on the screen. This can also be checked by logging in to Campus Connect

When photocopying, all machines default to double-sided copying as part of our environmental policy to reduce the amount of paper the service is using.
