Information for Undergraduates

When you become a student, you are automatically registered with the Library and your RCS card is also a library card.

You may need to come to the desk to activate your account when you first arrive.

Using our libraries

Undergraduate students can borrow up to 25 items.

You can borrow items for 3 weeks, 1 week or 24 hours, depending on the item. Laptops are non-renewable, for use in the Library only and can only be borrowed for 6 hours.

You cannot borrow Reference items, including Journals and Dictionaries, which are for use in the Library only.
