Staff are automatically registered with the library and their College card is also their library card. Your RHUL IT username and password can be used to access online resources and log into LibrarySearch, the catalogue system, to renew your loans.
If you do not have a College card, or IT username please contact your Information Consultant, or Departmental Administrator for more information.

Each subject area has a specific Information Consultant who liaises with departments on ordering materials, and provides training for staff on how to teach students Library Literacy.
As well as our print collections, we have a range of e-resources. These can be accessed on and off-campus.

Digital Copies for Teaching
We offer the provision of in-demand chapters/articles as digital copies that can be supplied via Moodle.
We can provide support with a range of queries, including how to link to library e-resources from Moodle.

Requesting a doctoral thesis
To request a print thesis from the depository, please fill in this form. Visit the British Library's Ethos service to download or request a digitised thesis. Recently awarded Royal Holloway theses can be accessed online.
