Help & Support

The Library can support you in many ways, including:

Research Support

Find out about reference management software, like EndNote or RefWorks, or attend an Information Skills training session with one of your Information Consultants.

We can also help you with scholarly communications, such as Open Access Publications Policy, E-thesis submissions and thesis abstracts.

And if you ever have any questions, feel free to get in touch, for example, by using the "Ask a Librarian" button or the "Contact us" box on the right-hand menu.

Our dedicated Research Support page designed for Royal Holloway researchers can be found here.

Teaching Support

It's a non-exhaustive list; among the teaching support we offer, we have:

Our dedicated Teaching Support page which elaborates on how the Library supports the University's teaching staff can be found here.

Support for disabled users

Needs assessments and details of the services we provide students with disabilities large print, access to the building and help with photocopying can be found here
