Returned book - I've returned a book and it's still on my account?

Returned book - I've returned a book and it's still on my account?
Answer:

There could be a number of reasons for this. If you have borrowed and returned several books it is easy to leave a book at home so check it’s not there first. Also, was the book returned to the correct library (Bedford or Founders)? Bear in mind that if a book is left in a drop box it does not get returned on the system until the next working day. 

Finally, please contact library-circulation-teamrhul.ac.uk and we will check the shelf to see if the book is on the shelf. If it is found, we will return the item and waive any fines incurred. If the book is not found in the library we will make further checks over a period of time.
