Lost books - I've lost the book that I have on loan

Lost books - I've lost the book that I have on loan
Answer:

Please make sure that the book is not at home (term time or permanent address). If it is lost we will send you an invoice (by email) for the full cost of replacement, plus an administration fee of £5. The book will remain on your account until you make this payment. For any queries please contact library-circulation-teamrhul.ac.uk and we will try to help.
