Members of locally funded departments with the exception of the following which have dedicated IT support personnel:
- Computer Science
- Earth Sciences
- Particle Physics
09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
Hardware failures will be reported under the devices’ warranty which guarantees a response by the 3rd party by the end of the working day after the issue is reported. Best efforts will be made to replace (at cost) or fix any hardware not under warranty. Software issues will be dealt with by re-installation as standard or by rebuild of the PC to a standard specification.
