IT Service Desk

Provides a single point of contact for all users of IT Services. The Service Desk is also responsible for logging and managing all incidents, service requests and access requests made to IT Services. 

All registered users.

Service hours

09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday UK time.

Service targets

Service Desk software faults will be responded to by the supplier within 4 hours.

IT Services staff will endeavour to continue to provide support even if the software is unavailable.
