Support for centrally funded departments

Provision, support and installation service for centrally funded departments. Includes assistance with virus clearance, email set up, general diagnostics.

  • Health & Safety
  • Human Resources
  • Principal’s Office
  • Research & Enterprise
  • Registry
  • Strategic Development
  • Royal Holloway International (non-academic)
  • Deans

Service hours

09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday

Service targets

Hardware failures will be reported under the devices’ warranty which guarantees a response by the 3rd party by the end of the working day after the issue is reported.

Best efforts will be made to fix/replace any hardware not under warranty.

Software issues will be dealt with by re-installation as standard or by rebuild of the PC to a standard specification.
