Hardware failures will be reported under the devices’ warranty which guarantees a response by the 3rd party by the end of the working day after the issue is reported.
Best efforts will be made to fix/replace any hardware not under warranty.
Software issues will be dealt with by re-installation as standard or by rebuild of the PC to a standard specification.
