Faults should be reported to the IT Service desk, and they will be checked at the soonest mutually acceptable opportunity during working hours (0900-1700 Mon-Fri). Where a block is completely disconnected the IT department will endeavour to restore the connection as soon as is physically possible. Disconnection for breaches of the terms and conditions will be subject to different reconnection criteri
