A Virtual Private Networking (VPN) Service that allows people connecting from outside of the Royal Holloway network to access restricted services and information, such as files shared on Windows PCs, Y Drives, restricted web pages and IP restricted services, e.g. Oxford English Dictionary or Box of Broadcasts.
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Faults reported to the IT Service Desk will be investigated within the core working hours.
Hardware faults will be responded to within the maintenance agreement.
Software fixed on best efforts basis, during core service hours.
