Lecture theatre, seminar room AV & IT support

Staff, students and conference clients.

Loan equipment is available to staff and students on site and to conference clients via sales and marketing.

Audio Visual assistance

Core hours during term time: 08:30-18:00, Monday-Friday.

During other periods: 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday.

Assistance is available outside of core hours by prior arrangement on a best-efforts basis, a cost may be incurred.

Installed Audio Visual systems (unassisted operation)

To match the University's room access schedule.

Loan equipment (unassisted operation)

Collection/delivery and return of equipment during core hours.

Service targets

Emergency calls on Egham campus should be attended within 10 minutes during core hours and full or temporary repairs effected within 20 minutes of the initial call where appropriate.

In practice emergencies are often dealt with far quicker.
