A web based service that allows users to access their email from any location with an internet connection.

Staff and students use different webmail systems. See our overview of Outlook Live for an introduction and links to further help for the student email service. Staff should refer to the Outlook Web Access information pages

Service hours

24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Service targets

Faults will be investigated within 1 hour of being reported to the IT Service Desk, during core service hours.

Hardware faults will be responded to subject to 4 hour maintenance agreement, during core service hours.

Software fixed on best efforts basis, during core service hours.
