Most staff in the Central Administrative Departments (e.g. Finance, Registry, HR) will be given an account when they start. If this has not been done then your line manager should fill in this form. Please note that all Registry staff will need to contact Nick Venables to obtain a version of this form which details all Registry specific requirements. The form must be printed out and returned to Jane Campbell.
Academics and temporary/visiting staff need to complete this form and return it to the IT Service Desk. Please note that we can only process requests which has been appropriately authorised. You may wish to copy the form from here into an email, fill in the details and email it to email@example.com
