Access to stored emails in Royal Holloway registered mailboxes and provide the necessary infrastructure to permit sending and delivery of emails to-from remote destinations.
The use of email is subject to the College's email guidelines.
24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Faults will be investigated within 15 minutes of being reported to IT Service Desk, during core service hours.
Hardware faults will be responded to subject to harwdare maintenance agreements during core service hours.
Software faults fixed on best efforts basis, during core service hours.
