Email distribution lists

Automatically add registered users to appropriate email distribution lists and create new lists.

List managers can easily maintain these groups to send appropriate email to a large number of users on a regular basis.

Use of email and distribution lists is subject to the College's email guidelines.

All registered users. Other authorised users where appropriate

 

Service hours

09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.

Service targets

  • To update lists within 24 hours on receipt of user registration or update request (within core operational hours)
  • To create new lists within 48 hours of request (within core operational hours)

 

To request an email distribution list please send an email to itservicedesk@rhul.ac.uk with the following information:
 
Name of list:    
(may require further approval)
 
Members of list:
List Manager ( there can be more than one manager or a group can be nominated)
 
Expiry Date:
(If for a specific event)
