What to do if Auto complete does not got through correctly
Answer:

If Outlook is unable to automatically configure your e-mail account, continue with these steps.

  1. Click the check box labeled Manually Configure Server Settings to bring up the the Server Type dialog box.
  2. Click the radio button for the server type that your e-mail provider requires.  Choose E-mail. Click Next.  A new configuration screen appears.
  3. Type the settings that your e-mail provider requires.  Use owa.rhul.ac.uk
  4. Click the Test Account Settings button.   The Test Account Settings dialog box shows you what's happening while Outlook tests the entered settings.
