Email for another account - How do I Send email with "Send on behalf" rights?

Question:
Email for another account - How do I Send email with "Send on behalf" rights?
Answer:
If you are set up solely with the profile for the extra mailbox anything that you send will be directly from that mail account.

If you are logged into your own email account with an extra mailbox attached it is still possible to send an email from the extra account by using the "From" field:  click on View, then choose the From field.

The procedure may vary slightly depending on which version of Outlook you have and whether you use Word as an email editor. If you experience difficulty with the above please contact the IT Service Desk.
