Sometimes, when a web page or web application is not functioning properly, it can help to clear the cache and cookies in the browser you are using.
Follow these steps to repair the issue:
- First of all check which browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox) you are using and check the Help menu at the top of the page for the version number (click on Help, then About).
- Close any tabs or windows containing the website in question, but keep at least one window of the browser open (blank, or with an unrelated web page)

- Once completed, close the browser completely and reopen before going back to the website in question.
