Restricted Folders - When should I use the restricted folders?

Question:
Restricted Folders - When should I use the restricted folders?
Answer:
The Navigator contains a predefined structure of folders to organise and store your web pages and other Contensis content.
A Restricted Folder structure is available to store content that can only be accessed from within Royal Holloway, ie not by external web site visitors.
