Components (Sub Templates) - How do I add components into my web page?
Answer:

Components (sub templates) are available in Contensis to help you lay out pages with varying but precise designs.

Examples of Contensis components

They are located in the components folder in the Project Explorer.

To insert a component into a web page:

  • position the cursor at the point where the component is required
  • drag & drop the required component into the relevant Editor place holder.

Please note: our components aren't designed to be placed inside each other i.e. placing content boxes in tabbed areas.                

To add content into the components :       

  • click in the Title areas and type in your titles
  • add the relevant information to the placeholders.

The content that can be added is dependent on the type of component that is being used:
