Cyber Security Careers
Many of our graduates go onto interesting careers in Cyber Security.
The College Careers Service collects annual employment statistics (that are compliant with Higher Education Statistics Agency guidelines) on ISG MSc students. The data is completed around six months after the student completes and latest figures from 2012 graduates show the ISG scores extremely well on both employment rates and starting salaries (especially in the UK):
- UK Students: 100% employment, median starting salary £45,000
- UK & EU: 91.9% employment, median starting salary £31,000
- UK & EU & International: 83.1% employment, median starting salary £29,000
What this means is that choosing the MSc in Information Security not only results in a highly respected qualification, but you are highly likely to get a well-paid job at the end of your studies.
