Vacancy: Information Security Group Postdoctoral Research Assistant (Mining the Network Behaviour of Bots)

The Information Security Group is seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Assistant (PDRA) position to work on the recently ESPRC-funded 3 year project 'Mining the Network Behaviour of Bots'. The overall goal of the project is to build obfuscation-resistant machine learning techniques to infer core (network) bevioural traits of bots. This is a full-time post, available from 15th October 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter (not later than 15th December 2013) for a fixed term period of 18 months. This post may be extended to 36 months overall.
