Announcement of two new specialist computer science degree programmes in Information Security

Posted on 22/02/2014

The Information Security Group at Royal Holloway is delighted to be supporting two new specialist Computer Science degree programmes in Information Security.

The BSc Computer Science (Information Security) is a three-year programme that will provide a solid grounding in computer science, while offering specialist courses in cyber security.

The MSci Computer Science (Information Security) is a four-year programme that follows the BSc Computer Science (Information Security) for the first three years and then provides an opportunity to undertake further specialist courses and project work in cyber security.

Both programmes also allow an optional additional year in industry to be included in the syllabus, taken between the end of the second and start of the third year of university study.
