Accident and Incident Investigation

Whilst the implementation of effective safety management systems will minimise the risk of injury and ill health, unfortunately things can still go wrong. We, therefore, need to know what to do on these occasions, and how to learn from them. Delegates will learn why accidents and incidents should be investigated, how accidents and incidents occur, and how to carry out an investigation. This training course is relevant to, and essential for, all staff who are required to investigate accidents and incidents on behalf of their department.
