Accident/Incident Investigation

This procedure applies when an accident, incident, or case of disease, occurs to an employee of College, and in the event of a ‘dangerous occurrence’ taking place. It's requirements extend to students and visitors to College premises, and include contract staff either self employed, or employed directly by a company carrying out work on behalf of the College.
