If you have a maintenance problem or see something unsafe or potentially dangerous please report it to your Departmental Administrator or Building Superintendent (if your building has one). They will then contact Customer Services on your behalf and ensure the matter is logged.

Maintenance Services is your on campus repair and maintenance team. To report a maintenance issue, please use our on-line reporting portal. For help with using the portal, please refer to our portal presentation. If you are not registered for this service then please contact us by email.
If you are registered with us and are having difficulty using the service, please call the Help Desk on 3062.

Same working day issues
For any issue requiring attention the same working day, please log your call on the Portal (currently unavailable) AND call the help desk to alert the team to your requirements.
