The new Commercial Services Directorate was set up in December 2016 and is made up of the following areas of service:

  • Student and family residences (Housekeeping, residential porters, environmental services, customer services and post services);
  • Conferences and Catering, including the management of all of the catering outlets on campus.  There's a huge variety of food and drink options, to suit all tastes, budgets and dietary needs.

We aim to offer excellent quality and value for money services and to encourage and respond to customer feedback.   We have been accredited against the Hospitality Assured standard since 2005 and in our most recent assessment in November 2016, we were accredited with Premier level with a score of 76.8%.
