Who decides how the old spaces will be used and how?

Question:
Who decides how the old spaces will be used and how?
Answer:

On completion of the new building, there will be an opportunity to re-purpose the existing Bedford Library and spaces within Founder’s, except for the Victorian reading rooms which will be retained. We are planning for these spaces to be refitted for academic departments. No decision has been taken on who will move in. Rob Kemp, who is leading on this, will consult with possible departments in due course.

The new building will result in an overall increase in space, as once one or more departments have moved into the old library spaces, this will allow a reorganisation of other spaces across campus to address the needs of further departments.
