A host of worthwhile causes at Volunteering Fair

Posted on 15/10/2012

Community Action hosts a Volunteering Fair on Wednesday 17 October (12:00-14:30) in the Students' Union for Royal Holloway students and staff to find out more about the various voluntary organisations, and volunteering opportunities within the local community and beyond.

Community Partners are invited to have a stand to recruit new volunteers at the annual Volunteering Fair and there are a huge range of worthwhile causes and projects available to suit all kinds of interests, abilities and levels of commitment. Whatever your passion is for charitable endeavours,  Community Action is bound to have something to make your time at Royal Holloway just that little bit more worthwhile and give you the chance to give something back to the community at the same time.

Volunteering is highly valued by the College and the local community, and the Community Action team provides support through hosting the annual Volunteering Fair and organising an extensive programme of  themed events and other initiatives.
