The College has developed a new service which will provide students with a single point of contact for all their non-academic enquiries. The creation of the Student Enquiries Desk is an initiative which reflects the College’s commitment to provide an excellent service for students.
The Student Enquiries Desk will initially be located in the foyer of the Windsor Building and will open on Monday 24 September 2012.
The desk will be open weekdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The desk will be run by 5 members of staff, 3 of which will act as front-line advisors.

This is a new venture and the services offered through the Enquiries Desk will initially replace those formerly provided by the Student Administration Centre. However, as the term progresses we hope to expand these services. The new Student Service Centre Manager, Bryony Jones, will be working with academic departments and the relevant professional services to develop the service over the coming year.
