For those looking to keep fit and have a bit of fun, our dance exercise classes may be just the thing for you. We've also reduced the cost for two sessions and no gym membership is required. Choose from Bellydancing or 'Strictly Come Exerise' at the discounted rate or one of our other great classes, see the link below for details or ask at the Sports Centre.

A fun filled dance exercise class, pulling together dance moves from all of the Latin American styles; Cha, Cha, Cha, Jive, Rumba and Samba and a hint of Ballroom.
